The location was great. We were only 20 minutes from where we wanted to be. Spacious for the three of us. LOVED that the property is not for large groups/parties.
We weren't prepared for how much traffic would be going by during the night. The cabin even with the AC running did not cover the noise of the nighttime traffic making sleeping soundly difficult. We also had a lot of ants in our cabin (understandable due to the time of year) but we only noticed two ant traps and a couple more could have been useful.

Clean, well appointed cabin. Nice managers.
Constant traffic noise. We thought we would have direct access to the lake and a beach but the lake was across a busy road with no beach. We would have spent less if we had gotten a motel room in Hayward.
