We got an email a day before arrival. In the email, all details and the code for the lock box was given. With this, the access was very easy. The location is brilliant, only a few minutes to the lake. The lock box was accessible all week for us, so there was no need to carry the keys with us all the time.
The Toaster did work but not easily. I emailed the property and received a response that it will be checked.
There were a few cob webs in the room and one daddy longlegs in a corner. The windows were equipped with insect screens and were full of cobwebs form the outside. Nothing to worry about but it could have been removed.
