Absolutely beautiful location. When we visited it was so peaceful and quiet. The lounge and kitchen were spacious and comfortable
Bedrooms were a little small. I appreciate it is a small property but the bedrooms were a little snug. With a check in time of 4pm and check out time of 10am it seemed a bit expensive.

Location was good for a long weekend,,,,, Rutland Water, Burghley House, and Stamford on the doorstep
or just relax on the decking/hot tub right on the lakeside...very peaceful.

The property was clean and beautifully presented. The view alone not to mention the tranquility of the surroundings was so picturesque.
Absolutely nothing!

We had an absolutely incredible stay.
It was my partners birthday and the hosts put up balloons, a banner and also left some prosecco and chocolates in the fridge. The property is stunning, in a quiet location and the decking, hot tub, furniture and jetty are a dream.
Couldn’t jump off the jetty and swim in the lake it backs on to due to being on a water ski’ing stretch which was a shame.
