Location and the apartment was clean and comfortable.
The 2 air-conditioners were hard to turn on. The one is the lounge was not very efficient.
As there was no reception and the apartment door lock was not functioning correctly. It took them 3 days to fix it after numerous WhatApp message of not able to gain entry.

The bed and pillows were super comfy.
Sometimes There was a network issue with the door link, so I had to wait a few minutes before it opened. It was fine in the end.

Clean, cozy and very close to the Duomo
The entry system they use was having a lot of issues.
We had to test in which of the phones the check in and the link to enter were going to work and then the power in the apartment went down and the door of the building will not open for us. The manager recommended we mark all the buttons so someone could let us in, it took like 20 minutes bothering the neighbors and finally somebody opened. The manager was willing to go and help us, but he was 30 min away. Now, it was good that we arrived early because a plan go cancelled but what would have happened if we stay really late?..
