We had a wonderful stay! The room was beautifully renovated, with everything brand new and spotless. The beds were comfortable, and the views of the fortress from our room were absolutely stunning. The complimentary welcome wine was a lovely touch that made our stay even more special. Highly recommended!

Th e only downside was the lack of a shower curtain, which made it difficult to shower without getting the bathroom floor wet.

Reasonably priced, hearty breakfast, close to castle by car, nice bath, large family bedroom. Host was accommodating, switching us to larger room when a friend joined us last minute.

Building containing our room was under construction (end of September 2026). They are building a second story just above where we were staying. So on Friday morning we were awakened at 8:30 by pounding and concrete drilling, although this did not last long nor occur on Saturday. The construction left minimal space to squeeze through on the already narrow street to the hotel. The bedroom was large but spartan. There is only parking for about 4 cars, so that might be a problem if we had been there during high season. The hotel has a garden patio with what could be a nice view of the castle. But it is not well-kept and the hotel a clothesline with drying laundry between the patio and view. The hotel is separated from the castle by a valley, so walking to the castle on the narrow back street would not have been easy. All that said, I was generally satisfied with my visit. There are 2 buildings not under construction. I have an idea that we would have been housed in one of them if we had not made the last minute room change.

Der Blick auf die Burg war schön. Die Lage war auch gut; man konnte sowohl mit dem Auto als auch zu Fuß in die Stadt gelangen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und als Begrüßung gab es einen Wein.

Nuovo pulito accogliente proprietari carinissimi disponibili vista sul castello. Ci hanno anche preparato una ottima cena genuina e saporita e offerto le prugne del loro albero. Colazione abbondante e gustosa. Molto familiare .

Forse non facile da raggiungere se non si è in auto.
