The host organized everything online, with detailed instructions.
The building is old and under construction, but the appartment is new, well equiped and clean.
The location is great. Lot of things to see by foot.
The hosts online instructions are in part intimidating because he is mentioning fine for not throwing garbage as described, for any damage in the appartment... but it is normal since there are all kinds of travelers. It didn't bother us.

The apartment is 1 min walk from the Liberty Square, so JazzX fans - this is the perfect place to stay during the festival. Plenty of restaurants and shops in the surroundings, and the two other main squares - Unirii and Victoria are at a short walking distance. The apartment is clean and well equipped. The booking and check-in and the communication with the host went smoothly.
The kitchen was fully equipped, there was coffee too in the counter, but I wouldn`t have minded to find some tea bags as well.
