Easy to check in , good size house , quiet are , private parking. Good location. Good value for money . Comfortable beds even sofa bed .

Couldn’t put on the heating water boiler , so Had cold shower , but didn’t effect our stay. Couldn’t put on WiFi , but probably it’s just me being silly . We only stayed over night and left in the morning not coming back till late.

Just magnificent- everything and more :)

Nothing

Booked here because me, my husband and 2 grown up children booked a last minute 48 hours in Belfast. We knew we wouldn't be in our accomodation long so didn't want to pay a lot of money. Some of the reviews made us a bit wary but we needn't have worried. For the price you pay, this was a steal! It's a whole 2 bedroom house with sofa bed in the lounge. Yes the beds were creaky (we all thought they were comfy) and yes there were areas that looked a bit tired but the price reflects this fairly we thought. It took us about 15 minutes to get into the centre in an Uber which was about £10 for the 4 of us, barely more than the bus so it was no issue. We'd all happily stay again!!

For the price, nothing. And we were aware of the distance into town because we do our homework.

Local to city was very handy. £10 in an uber.

Property had a few things that were needing sorted. Garden had overgrown weeds, also dog poo around the garden. Spiderwebs in living room, carpets in bedroom not played right so may cause an accident. Black mould in corner of bath.
