Spacious flat, 3 bed rooms, friendly staff but…
… only one bathroom (the other one was more like a storage room and not clean so I don’t count it) and the kitchen equipment was not clean. In fact the cutlery was greasy and cups needed a dish-wash before using. Also the shower drain was not working properly, normal showering almost caused a flooding.

The host was there when I arrived, showed me to his parking place, very friendly.
The hotel is difficult to find, there are no signs that this is a hotel. It was not obvious where to park.
