It was good value for money, clean and comfortable. We had a lot of space and surroundings were quiet

Location is not the best, not much around. But good for getting the bus to the airport in the morning.

La habitación es grande, y el baño también, todo es muy limpio y comodo. Ademas cuenta con un balconcito para tomar algo afuera

Room was clean, simple and nice.

The baby cot provided was very basic and did not include a proper mattress, leaving our baby to sleep on a plastic pad, which was uncomfortable and disrupted his sleep. Additionally, during check-in, we informed the property of our expected arrival time, to which they agreed. However, upon arrival, we were left waiting in the lobby for 35 minutes with little communication. When we eventually inquired about the delay, the staff responded curtly, stating that they were "doing us a favour" by allowing early check-in. We had simply asked for an estimated time so we could plan accordingly, such as feeding or changing our baby. The interaction came across as unnecessarily rude and unprofessional.
