The Westings

The view of the loch was amazing from my room ! There is a lounge area which gives a person another space to hang out in. Bed was comfy.

The only thing that I noticed is to make sure that there is no garbage on the ground when one looks out the window from the lounge or fire exit door window.

Food was fine. The tables could have been laid out with cutlery. The range of breakfast cereals was of the children's type. No cornflakes, branflakes, Granola. There was no sugar bowl (for tea) on our table. The young lady serving was nice and helpful. An internal signboard to the dining area would have been helpful. Small points, so I hope helpful!

The view was amazing.

We booked just a day before as the weather was looking a bit changeable and got an amazing deal. When we got there it was a proper 'Oh wow!' moment. Loved the location, the attention to detail in the apartment and the view, well the view has to be seen to be appreciated. The apartment we had looks to have been recently refurbished and it has been very well thought out. Very spacious living room / dining room / kitchen with everything you need. Spacious bedroom and good sized shower room. Very good WiFi and the Internet TV allowed us to watch 'Shetland' on Shetland 🤣. Location is ideal for exploring.

If we have to pick something negative, we really don't want to, it would be that there was scaffolding and ladders etc stacked up outside. This really isn't a complaint though, you don't mind when it's obvious that the owners are investing in refurbishing the property.
