Pietro was an exceptional host. The apartment was quiet and very clean. The WC and kitchen were well equipped with coffee machine and laundry machine. The wifi connection was good. It was very easy to find the apartment with clear instructions. Pietro usually respond within 20 minutes via whatsapp.
The only downside of this apartment, if I can say anything, is that it's situated in a heavily populated residential area. There are parking places downstairs within 5 minutes of walk. However we were very cautious to leave luggage inside the car during the night, since we don't know the area very well.
