The bed was not comfortable at all. The room temperature wasn’t controllable either. It was too hot and we had to open the window and turn the heating off. The room was clean but rest of the hotel stank. The reception girl was so helpful which is why the rating ain’t worse. Tram near by so cheap to get to Lille centre :)

The gentleman at the reception was awesome! I felt very welcomed and taken care of.
The room was small but looked newly updated.
The charging station for our car was nearby.
