Situated on the 1st floor of the Sunsuite villas, this property offers a comfortable and enjoyable living experience. Whether you're looking for a short stay or monthly rentals, this condo is the perfect choice. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cozy and well-designed space.
The condo features an open floor plan that maximizes the use of its 325 sq ft. The bedroom area includes a queen bed and twin bunk beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for individuals, couples, or a small family. The unit has a small refrigerator, dishwasher, and one burner. It does not have a stove/oven.
One of the highlights of this property is its outdoor amenities. From tennis courts to fishing spots, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Stay active and fit at the fitness center or take advantage of the nearby Ocean Point & Ocean Creek golf courses. If you prefer a more leisurely activity, bicycles are available to rent from Fripp Island Resort Carts.
The beach is just a boardwalk away, offering endless opportunities for relaxation and fun in the sun. Inside the condo, you'll find modern conveniences such as Wi-Fi and cable TV. Stay connected with friends and family or unwind with your favorite shows after a day of exploring the island.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 12 pickleball courts, 6 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. Unit (as advertised) is small for a family of four. Location was great, next to the pool, beach access, and amenity center. Unit was not as clean as it could’ve been. Beds were clean and fine, it just seemed as though it were due for a deep clean

There was not a closet to hang cloths! And no towel racks or shower racks at all. The shower could be half the size to provide a closet. No ice in frig and the freezer needed defrosting, or you could have at least filled ice trays, but there was not room for them. There were blinds...but they did not keep lite out and the curtains were too small! .Kitchen sink was barely big enough for a glass !
