Clean property with lovely amenities. The pool and hot tub are amazing. My family enjoyed both the outdoor area and the game room. The house is in a quiet neighborhood away from hustle and bustle, but 15 minutes away from Crystal River where we spent our time swimming with manatees and the springs. Lots of great restaurants and shopping in nearby locations as well. A great overall experience!

We absolutely loved this house! It was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and incredibly well stocked. The owners have clearly put a lot of thought into making sure guests have everything they could possibly need, from kitchen essentials to toiletries.
On the last day of our stay, I even sent the owners a message thanking them for such a wonderful experience, and they responded very kindly.
Later that evening, however, I received several text messages saying we were being too loud and that if the noise continued, we would be asked to leave immediately. This was surprising and upsetting because I was inside working on a jigsaw puzzle while my husband and daughter were outside by the pool watching the UFC fight on the patio television.
We later realized there is an outdoor noise monitor positioned very close to the television speakers. Even sitting at the dining table just inside the patio doors, I could barely hear the TV. The volume honestly wasn't any louder than what we would normally use at home. If the owners have experienced noise issues with previous guests, I completely understand wanting to be proactive. However, the placement of the noise monitor may be causing unnecessary alerts.
I apologized and asked my husband and daughter to come inside to finish the fight. While we appreciated the owners' concern for the neighbors, the warning put a bit of a damper on what otherwise would have been a perfect vacation. Overall, we did enjoy our stay at this beautiful property.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return! The home was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with so many little extras that made our vacation easier. We appreciated having coffee pods, creamer, sugar, and other essentials already available—it really felt like the hosts had thought of everything.The pool was definitely the highlight of the trip for our family. We spent hours out there every day, and having a TV by the pool was such a nice touch for our son, who loved being able to watch Disney while swimming and relaxing. The game table in the garage was also a huge hit and gave us another fun activity to enjoy together.The home was clean, welcoming, and had everything we needed for a relaxing week away. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
