Enjoy the seasonal pool (Memorial Day–Labor Day), gaming area, and rooftop. Guests must be 21+ and each guest must provide a valid government-issued ID. Photos represent the apartment style; your unit may vary slightly while offering the same quality. Perfect for families and groups!

• A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost, covering more than minor wear and tear. Stays over 30 nights require a refundable security deposit if no damages occur (except Airbnb bookings).

-15% off for stays 7+ nights

• Starter Kit: Includes coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Guests are responsible for additional supplies.

• **Local Guests: Prior authorization is required before booking**.

• Cancellations: Check your booking platform’s policy. Even for full refunds, a 4% credit card fee applies (except Airbnb & VRBO)
