Exactly as advertised. In a very safe neighborhood. Within walking distance of the SF bay where we watched surfers.

The rooms were well-priced, check-in was easy and the host was very responsive. Only negatives were that the beds were extremely uncomfortable and some of the towels smelled musty and were paper-thin. There were no extra towels or any hand-towels.
