The location, view & comfort was great.
The unit was starting to show its age. It would benefit from a deep clean & maybe a coat of paint.

Location is good across tuncurry.
rooms are small and beds are not that comfy. Biggest concern was the bathrooms. They are so tight and no air passage. Event the ceiling of bathroom is less than that of other rooms. The living room lounge is too big , makes moving very difficult inside the house and going in/out of balcony. Kitchen was having ample space and airy and balcony was too dangerours for kids as the wall is not too big. Sea facing was good feature.

I have stayed at Tuncurry many times and this place by far has the most spectacular views!
The birds in the large trees around us were extremely loud all throughout the night. We came in Sept/Oct so maybe it was bird season.
