Very large apartment, 3 bedrooms, large living room and dinning room. Fantastic location, literally a 2 minutes walk to the entrance in the Sea Garden and to the pedestrian area with lots of restaurants and coffee spots. I couldn't imagine a better location. The apartment was clean, it had all the utilities, very comfortable. The access was made by code, so we didn't meet the owner, we just received the code. Everything went great, from start to finish.
It's located right at a busy intersection and it gets really noisy at night or early in the morning. You can hear all the commotion on the street and there's garbage bins right across the street, so lots of noise from people using that. It's practically impossible to sleep with the windows open, but it was ok with them closed :)
