The breakfast was amazing. The view from the hotel is INCREDIBLE. The breakfast area manager is awesome and looks out for you. The swimming pool is very clean. Hotel facilities are okay.

Beds are not comfortable at all. Parking is full when arriving in the evening. Music late at night still. Hotel room a bit worn out.

We thought the variety at breakfast was excellent, along with that at dinner. The staff were extremely helpful regarding my nut allergy and were always on hand to help me with this. The external pool and bar area was lovely with the most amazing views and a lovely choice of mellow music played around the wonderful infinity pool. We didn't have a swim up pool room but these looked really nice and when we return ( which we will ) I think we will treat ourselves to one of these. The rooms were lovely and always cleaned daily to a high standard. The value of this hotel was fantastic and we really liked the taxi button situated right outside, with taxis arriving in minutes after pressing this. It is worth taking the hotel bus to Sugar Beach and taking advantage of a day or two there, again a very chilled experience. Our whole stay here here was made top notch by the truly amazing staff, always super friendly and helpful and, whilst they really all were wonderful, we have to pick out Sinem on front desk and Samet in the restaurant. Truly outstanding and lovely people that we were sad to say goodbye to :-( Thank you to all for a fabulous four night stay x

I don't believe that anything could actually be made better by the hotel aside from, as in the world over, trying to find some way to stop people reserving their sunbeds at 7am and then leaving them empty for a few hours. This is a minor critique that it would be lovely if someone could address ( everywhere! ) but it will not stop us returning!

Beautiful pool and the food in the ala carte resturant was lovely. There is a taxi button at the entrance to the hotel as you're not in walking distance to anything.

The hotel agreed to arrange a taxi for us to the airport, I had messaged 4 times asking for confirmation to which there was no response and no taxi upon arrival. When we arrived we were told we'd been "upgraded" to the style of room which we'd booked in the first place. The cover for the bed was a blanket like something from a UK hospital. No opportunity to get food when we arrived at 9.30pm, we were told the resturants were closed. No guidance of where or how to get a taxi to be able to get food. After our room was cleaned, the door was left open and unlocked by the cleaners. We didn't mention this to the hotel staff, we didn't see much point as nothing was lost or taken. Simply an observation.
