We’d like to start with the many positive aspects of this wonderful apartment: the terrace is fantastic, featuring plenty of plants, a large table, and a magnificent, expansive view. You could easily spend days just sitting there, marveling at the surroundings and watching the many parrots in the trees opposite. The apartment is tastefully decorated, with lots of art on the walls and lovely details; it truly feels like staying with friends rather than in an impersonal vacation rental. The Wi-Fi and air conditioning work perfectly, the bed and sofa bed are very comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped.

Unfortunately, there are some maintenance issues: previous guests have already noted that the refrigerator door doesn't close completely, requiring an armchair to be placed in front of it to ensure proper cooling. The dishwasher has power but doesn't work—the pump is evidently broken—so we had to wash dishes by hand for seven days. The shower hose in the bathroom drips heavily and needs replacing and if there were a place to put soap or something similar in the shower. Overall, the cleanliness could be improved; the kitchen still contained a full trash bag from the previous guests, and the bathroom rug was so dirty that we didn't want to step on it barefoot.

Fantastic location and outdoor space!

Broken air conditioning in the upstairs living, extra sleeping space in a major heatwave a huge inconvenience

The location was excellent. It had outside space.

There were too may 'trinkets' lying around, we were scared we would break something. There were ants in the bathroom. We were asked to water the outside plants. It was not as clean as it could have been.
