Location near the Colosseum was good - and quiet despite the proximity to tourist sites. Also near many restaurants/bars/coffee.
Close walk to Metro stops (between two)
Room was clean with modern fixtures, large shower as well as kitchen items: glasses, cups, cutlery, wine opener, etc.
Staircase up to 1st floor was a bit narrow and steep (but not totally surprising given the inner city location).
Getting the entry code and key was a bit confusing, but it worked out fine.

The location was perfect! The apartment was very clean. Close to attractions & restaurants.
The steps only because you spend your day doing a lot of walking. But most places don’t have elevators anyway.

The owner is responsive even tho could be more accurate with the information
I tried to ask for a change as I really could not go there for a visa issue but they refuse the change and they say that they sold the apartment and by the end of the week they would be the owner anymore.
If so this comment will not bother them otherwise the made up a bad excuse
