The location in the charming historic town is perfect. Just minutes walk to the town center and small local restaurants. The salt pool is refreshing and we loved having a terrace . Eva is a delightful host and went over and above to help us with a few things. She showed up one evening with delicious carrot cake! We loved our stay in Soajo, it was an unexpected find during our travels around Portugal.
We had hoped for a small fridge in our room to keep water, cheese, white wine. Eva did chill our wine for us. The room is comfortable but quite small so I imagine there would likely not be room for a small fridge. Beach towels were not provided and we didn’t pack any since we try to travel light .
