We stayed with our family. The hotel room was pristine. The room was spectacular. The beds were super comfy.
The breakfast was not too bad. The coffee could be improved. Could have more selection of drinks and food. The food wasnt replenished so we couldn't try alot of the hot food items.
The location is convenient to the center of Sapa a short walk.
The pool does need a clean and the surrounding does need an upgrade.
The pool area. Could do with a clean and more plants to make it more inviting.

The hotel is only two years old, so it's still in great condition and very well fitted out with great fixtures.
I was graded on arrival and the room was on the sixth floor, but it didn't have a view. The lobby looked like it was being used as a storage area, and staff were unpacking items there.

Had a wonderful stay at Azalea Sapa Hotel! The service was amazing, and we were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade from Deluxe to an Executive Room. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and had an incredible view. The food was also great, and the staff were all so friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
Definitely one of the highlights of our Sapa trip. Highly recommended! ❤️🏔️
