Destination In Rome

1. 全女生住宿，房客都互相尊重，晚上安靜不吵鬧，也會互打招呼 2. 有電梯、冷氣、廚房、毛巾 3. 地點佳，離火車站走路約5分鐘。之前看到其他評論說這附近街區不安全，但我晚上9點左右回來覺得ok，路燈很亮，且一路都有餐廳，不會覺得危險

1. 櫃檯沒人，check in要提早跟老闆講時間，平常可以WhatsApp聯絡，重要的事老闆會馬上回，其他雜事（詢問床位、毛巾等等）就直接不回… 2. 床邊沒有個人插座或小桌子，要自己找插頭、找地方放東西

Posizione molto comoda vicino alla stazione termini. 6 minuti a piedi circa.

Sicuramente la pulizia. Il bagno tra l’altro era vecchissimo.

The location is handy if you want to take train and back, just 7min from Termini station. Neighbourhood gets a bit unsafe feeling when walking close to Termini at night. The room with ensuite is very big and has potential but the person hosting really needs to learn how to treat woman. I would not stay here again, I have a bit of an argument on first night when checking in, the room I paid ensuite x4 dorm wasn't available and he was very rude to me asking me to leave at 10pm if I didn't like it. If my payment wasn't taken in advance I would definitely leave. He might realised because the following nights so tried to be nicer and even let me get a shower on shared bathroom before heading to the airport after check out time.

Very rude host, does need to learn how to treat woman and funny that is a female only accommodation, hilarious. He even treated me as stupid in front of my face while talking italian to another lady, I do understand a bit of Italian... and all this because I was asking for what I paid. I have to sleep my first night on a different room because he didn't have my one available. Paid for ensuite x4 room and gave me share bathroom (outside the room). Building is a bit old but all works. Bathroom both shared and ensuite dirty, out of maintenance, mold in the shower. Ensuite shower was clogged and I had to show him how to fix it as he wasn't replying to the guest messages regarding shower flooding every time we take a shower. Sad, cause it could be such a nice department but honestly person managing makes the place to be at the current low standards.
