Friendly staff waited for our very late arrival 1230 in the morning due to train delay.
The room was cold, we wished we know about the heater in the room. However the excellent service arranging our transport to the lake and air port plus the delicious breakfast made up for the heating.

The owners, Antonio and Livia, were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was great with fresh fruit, fresh bread, and eggs. The hotel had an authentic Peruvian vibe and a nice view of the lake.

The staff were very accommodating and very helpful in in fixing any problem we had.
The heating system was woefully incapable to heat the room. But the manager was able to bring a portable heater to the room.
