Lovely Rooms in Camden Town-Central London

I booked an overnight stay as I had to be in London for work. Shortly after, work said I needed to attend an event - this meant I had to stay another night. I messaged the property to see if they could accommodate, and they replied straight away. They couldn't offer me the same room... instead I stayed one night in one room & was able to leave my bags behind. They then moved my bags to the next room I'd booked and confirmed this through the app, so i didnt have to worry.. So, all I had to do was come back and everything was sorted. Im in London for at least a night once a week for work, so when I'm booking - if this comes up as being available, I will book here again. So... in short... Amazing service. Having access to a full kitchen and fridge freezer was great. Clean, tidy and comfortable. Thank you!

Maybe describe the door as there was no number. I guessed, but must not have entered the right code the first time which made me think I had to go further down the road.

Good points: - location (very close to two Tube stations, bus stop right outside) - bed was comfy - security system worked well - host was prompt to respond - room had soap/shower gel, a hairdryer and bath towel - room was at the back, so was relatively quiet and earplugs were provided (the main noise was other guests making a racket as they came in late at night)

Negative points: - the entrance doesn't give a good impression (outside or stairs) - walls/flooring a bit worn/scruffy - had difficulty getting hot water, but followed the workaround and it was then OK - only natural light and ventilation is from small bathroom windows, but there was a fan which helped a lot

This was my third time staying here this year, and once again, I was very happy with my stay. I still felt very safe when I was the only guest in the house for two nights.

Location was fantastic.
