The unit same as in the photos, located at 36 floor, the view is spectacular, the staff were very helpful and friendly, location is in middle of action, between Dubai Marina & JBR beach, the unit was cleaned and spacious.
The water pressure in the showers is extremely low, making it impossible for more than one person to shower at the same time, all kitchen cabinet doors need maintenance, few need replacement, water runs out dirty(yellowish) from all faucets including the showers, maybe the water heater is rusted and need replacement, towels smell bad, we had to wash it before using it.

Deserving of exceptional status given in previous reviews. This is a well run and maintained property in an excellent location adjacent to the Marina and Jumeriah Beach Resort (JBR)
