It’s clean and a great location but it’s quite basic, you pay for what you get
A bit small but typical for Tokyo. Stayed for a week and had to wash our own towels in the laundromat downstairs.

The room was spacious! It has cold aircon, TV, hot shower. Only 1 unit per floor. It has an elevator. There's a small kitchen with very few kitchenware. The nearest station is Inaricho Station (not Ueno Station); about 8 mins walk for fast walkers and 11 mins walk for leisure walkers. This is the best advice we'd give to travellers who would like to book this room. For easier navigation and for your luggages as well.
There are windows but the windows are not accessible and you could not see outside. They are tinted. During our stay, there were constructions around in nearby buildings and on the road outside, even in the evening they would continue construction making it hard for us to rest at night after a tiring day. We would appreciate if host would tell us ahead.

El aire acondicionado funcionó correctamente al igual q el resto de servicios. El tamaño de la habitación para tres personal estaba bien sin mucho equipaje.
La entrada es para acceder de uno en uno y el ascensor casi q también. El aislamiento acústico de la habitación es muy bajo. Ventanas q no se abren y la terraza no es útil. Para una o dos noches, pasable. Para más días improbable.
