Clean and modern. Rooms adequate size. Tassimo coffee machine with Kenco pods appreciated.
Although property was clean, ashtray outside was full as were bins. Garden lets the property down as it is large but not landscaped just grass with small metal table at end. Not a pleasant place to sit out in hot weather.

Comfortable beds and a nice sized house
WiFi didn’t work for most of the stay, although the hosts were helpful in trying to fix it

The property was perfectly located for a family trip to Warwick Castle. It was clean and had everything we needed. There was also a good playground just down the road. Plenty of space for parking. A quiet location and (the highlight for my son) a couple of bats flying in the garden.
It would have been helpful if there had been a few dishwasher tablets and a few more rolls of toilet paper. The dining room table was perhaps a little small for 6 and we could only just squeeze round. But these points were outweighed by the pluses of the property.

A wonderful location and a very safe neighborhood. Plenty of parking and access to local and large stores within a few minutes. Clean and warm and only a short distance from Lemmington Spa, Warwick castle and much more.
Only one bathroom but we knew that when we booked. Just a little tough with 5 people.
