Homely, excellent location and good parking. One bay included and street parking that is only restricted between 11am and midday.

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodation truly felt like a home away from home—comfortable, clean, and welcoming. It was in a great location, with a supermarket just a short walk away, which made everything very convenient. Parking was also available, which was a big plus. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this accommodation to others. Thank you for a lovely experience!

The house is located in a quite residential area, the city centre is in walking distance of cca 15 to 20 minutes, there is also a train or bus station nearby. We received a guide with all needed informations about the property and things to do in Birmingham. Grocery stores are in walking distance.
As the description says, the house has 5 beds + 1 “chair bed”, which was a bit uncomfortable, but we could deal with it.

Good location and price
The garden needs maintenance- just a simple cut of the grass and removing weeds. There was a broken table in the garden which I think should have been removed and replaced with a working garden table and chairs.
