The lodge was well presented with all amenities included. Even a welcome gift on arrival was very thoughtful.

The roads around the property are not in great shape but that is not the fault of the property or the site.

How Lisa and her husband went above and beyond with what we needed, would definitely recommend them, and would definitely go back, amazing, thank you

The single beds bit hard.

Good size spacious comfortable lodge. Location overlooking the loch . Proximity to shop and bar/restaurant. Hot tub ideal for four people. Pet friendly.

I won’t be last person to mention how tired/dated the lodge , deck and deck furniture looks from outside. Kitchen cupboards missing doors or in state of disrepair. Gas hob - only two rings from four igniting. Oven temp mehhh. Microwave looked new but wouldn’t work. Dining table and chairs need attention too.

The horse riding and watersports were really good and the staff there were really nice and the food at the restaurant was great

When we arrived we were happy.the lodge seemed lovely at a glance. We were left insect repellent which was a kind thought but just as well we brought our own as the pump on it didnt work. We had to go back home to get chlorine for the hot tub as it smelt so bad, there were broken parts in the hot tub which my partner cut his foot on. It said on every site there was wifi in the lodge but there was none atall and we had no reception when I needed to stay in touch with my family due to a family funeral. I messaged the woman who messaged me on this platform who ignored my question about wifi. Other staff at the watersports and reception tried to help but they only had a password for wifi that didnt reach our lodge The hoover didnt work.it wouldnt lift anything atall. We had went shopping and bought tassimo pods as there was a machine but when we went to use it there was no fuse in the plug so it should have been removed. Waste of money. They did not specify that there would be no entertainment until friday sat sun so we had nothing to do in the evening. Despite booking.com stating the check out time was between 10 and 11, the same woman messaged me on the thursday to not answer my wifi question, but to tell me to be out by 10am. There were dead flies on the window ledge in the dining area of the lodge. The pool was filthy. We do not feel it was worth the money to stay here.
