The apartment is located in an older building that was probably a luxurious five-star property about 15 years ago. The upside is that the rooms are very spacious. The downside is that maintenance has clearly been neglected in many areas.
The view is fantastic and the location is great. Unfortunately, both the washing machine and the dishwasher broke down during my stay. On the positive side, customer service was always easy to reach and responsive.
You do have to accept a few shortcomings, such as signs of mould in the bathroom, chipped furniture and general wear and tear.
Overall, though, I would still recommend the apartment.

Wonderful apartment

Everything was absolutely perfect, from the moment we met the host until we left. The apartment was spacious, with amazing views of the Marina from a high floor, and it had all the amenities needed for a cozy stay. Big thumbs up to the host and Vacationer for making everything so easy—you just have to enjoy your time. The pool is awesome!
Solid choice!

Apartment located on the 36 floor with a nice view. Kitchen has all the appliances.
Because the apartment was on the 36 floor. During the cold season, and no heaters in the apartment. Was very cold for us. But the main problem, this apartment has a boiler, so you only have 5 to 7 minutes to take a shower before the water turns cold. And that’s a big NO, NO FOR US
Also important for anyone who stays at this apartment. The beach is about 20 minute walk, or $10 for Uber. And the pool get very crowded by 11 AM. So if you like a nice, sunny bed, make sure to get there by 9:30 AM latest.
