The apartment was in a perfect location ideally situated for seeing all that Nice has to offer. It was about a five minute walk to the beach and 15 minutes to the train station with plenty of bars and restaurants right on the doorstep. The furniture was comfortable and in good condition, as was the rest of the apartment, and there was plenty of kitchenware for our party of four. Selma the host was excellent in communication before and during our stay and we would definitely use her again.
To comment on some of the other reviews:
The seperate toilet was small although we all found it fine. If you are a larger person it could be difficult to comfortably use.
The noise from above we heard, but was minimal and never affected us.
You could hear the outside noise from the living room and kitchen but not from the bedrooms so sleep wasn’t affected. Some louder motorbikes could be heard but they were on every street!
Air con once we got used to it worked no problem and kept us as cool as we wanted.
Slight smell of drains but opening the windows for five minutes resolved this.

This was our first family holiday staying in an apartment rather than a hotel and we would go again with no hesitation . The apartment has a perfect location - close to beach and everything else at your doorstep. Selma was a brilliant host and helped with all our queries before and during the trip .

Fin og lys leilighet med to små balkonger på forsiden og én balkong ved soverommene. Svært sentral beliggenhet, med kort vei til både stranden og restauranter.
