The property and location itself was great, it was dealing with the company that manages the property that was the issue.
The company managing this property… I called them to arrange pick up of the keys. They told me to come to their office and once I got there it was already closed even though it was still well within their working hours. I called the after hours line and nothing. No email instructions on what to do next so I just went to the property hoping that they left the keys at reception. Finally got a call back and the guy on the line could not be any ruder and more condescending. Had to go back to their office and pick up the keys from a locker. They could have given me that instruction by email beforehand so I didn’t have to waste all that time. Gave me one key even though there were three of us. Asked for more keys by text and no response for 2 days.
