Really quiet area which made it very comfortable to sleep, and yet you could walk into the old town in 15 minutes easily. The air conditioning doubled up as a heater which was perfect for October. The outside area was a lovely bonus. I loved how there were extra blankets in the wardrobe/under the bed and lots of storage. The apartment felt safe and comfortable. It was very clean. Transport links were easy to access which made getting to Piazza Bra and Central train station very easy. The lady who manages the apartment sent videos by WhatsApp to show how to find the apartment and access the key safe.

The strong smell of air freshener felt overpowering when we first entered the apartment and lingered for the 5 nights. The bed's mattress was extremely soft which wasn't great for my back. The door to the apartment was slightly tricky to open the first time. You need to turn the key a lot!
