Тераса: сніданки і вечері були чудові. Прекрасний краєвид на море, місто та навіть зорі. Малий балкон використовували для готування їжі, сушки одягу. Зручні матраци на ліжках. Чисто і наявне прибирання зі зміною постелі. Є дрібна кухонна техніка (тостер, гриль, кавомашина) а також достатньо посуду, засобів для прибирання, прання. Також є речі для пляжу: парасоля, ігри тощо. Вода має гарний тиск. Наявність речей господарів, як-от книги, сувеніри, декоративний посуд, лампи, подушки - надають місцевого колориту, наче в гостях у родини, а не в готелі. Приємно потішив гостинець у день заїзду. Господар зустрів особисто, розповів що і як. Дякуємо.

Бракувало потужності кондиціонера. Зі спекою боролися зашторюванням всіх-всіх вікон. Робота електроплити на великій потужності призводила до зникнення електроенергії. Але це швидко можна виправити (біля дверей розташовані рубильники). Можливо, ще якісь дрібниці, але нічого для нас критичного.

Nice view from the front and rear balconies; you can see a large part of the town and the sea. The apartment is very comfortable and located close to the super markets and beaches, We were 4 persons and there was enough space for all of us. The owner is very nice person, welcoming and helpful; was able to share useful infos for our stay and safety.

There was laundry soap. It will be good to have it because it is not worth it to buy it for a 3 days stay.

The owner was a very pleasant man who made an effort to meet us outside of the building and ensure that our car was parked properly. The location was relatively close to everything you’d want to do or see. It was quiet and relatively comfortable. It had a wonderful terrace.

I would have very much liked to have given this stay a much higher rating but we had no hot water after our first night. If you would like to stay here, ensure that you speak to the owner before and ask him about his hot water policy. This is a basic requirement of any stay and to have no hot water was really unforgivable.
