Prime Location: It is within walking distance to all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops, which made exploring the city incredibly easy and convenient.
Inefficient Check-in/Check-out: Despite informing the host that I was 15 minutes away as requested, I still had to wait an additional 15 minutes at the property for them to arrive. The waiting time for both check-in and check-out was longer than expected.
Cleanliness Issues: The room needs a deeper clean. I noticed a significant amount of dust throughout the space during my stay.

The location was awesome.
Size of the property for our family was perfect.
Wifi Internet was excellent.
All kitchen items available including cutlery, microwave, fridge, kettle and stove.
Washing machine and dryer.
The way check-in was managed. You need to stand on the road in the heat for Mr. Nagina to come and collect security deposit and handover the keys. Waited for him to transport your luggage to the building.
Cockroaches and Ants were there to welcome us.
No body came to clean the rooms and washroom.
Washroom was very old style with broken items like hand shower and bath towel hanger.
Sofa in the lounge has completed its life.
