A wonderful house
Well furnished
Amazing garden and outdoor facilities
Inside lovely
Excellent dogs / child gates
Sofa in lounge doesn’t fit the number of guests staying , it’s also uncomfortable and low !
Drop step in hall dangerous many times people tripped on it
There was a room with two single beds in which wouldn’t fit adults in comfortably so we couldn’t use them , then cot / bed in another room ( there were meant to be 8 of us but two couldn’t make it which was lucky as we wouldn’t have all fitted in! Information folder lacked info on coking appliances and outdoor lighting !

Good location, quiet spot but only 10 mins from Conwy, Llandudno and Llandudno Junction. Good sized rooms and facilities, including kids toys and table tennis and pool table. Hot tub was clean and was used each evening.
