Good location for university and local trams and great to have parking

Nothing really water pressure on shower was low

Chris (the host) was a very responsive and helpful host throughout our stay. The location is great - within walking distance to Beeston train station and the tram. There are also several supermarkets nearby, including Tesco (about 0.7 miles away) and Sainsbury’s and Lidl (around 1–1.5 miles). Plenty of eateries in the area as well, so getting food and groceries was very convenient. The flat is located on the ground floor, which was especially helpful since we had several large suitcases. The place was clean (as shown in the photos), the rooms were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped with utensils and cutlery. Do note that you’ll need to bring your own shower gel and shampoo. The centralized heating worked well, and we had no issues with it. And oh, the flat comes with 2 table fans ! As we stayed during early spring (weather was still cold), the bathroom hot water was only lukewarm at times, but it wasn’t a major issue for us. Overall, our stay was very cozy and comfortable.

Lovely apartment, felt very spacious. Tram stop, Tesco and shopping / cafes in Beeston only a few minutes walk away. Great Italian restaurant nearby too.

Location to the uni Walking distance

It’s quite expensive for what it is which is very standard accommodation. Perfectly fine but clearly geared to students. There were no wine glasses just pint glasses 😂
