Breakfast was on the top floor, plenty of options to choose from. Across the street from Signa train station.
Great restaurant and Gelato near by.

Don't try to take the bus and don't bother attempting to get a taxi. Easiest way to get here is the train because the station is directly across from the hotel; very convenient if you want to visit Florence but not stay in the city.
Breakfast was good with beautiful view. Great restaurant across the street; seemed to only be open in the evenings though.
Rooms are clean but the light system was a little finicky at times because they have you use your room key as an activator.
Would definitely stay here again if I were to go back to Florence or even explore Signa.

This property is very close to station just 1 min walk which liked very much. Also the breakfast was very good it had lot of items which I liked too. The room doors and bathroom faucet does need some attention but overall not a bad place to stay. We received our room on the 4 th floor so got spacious balcony which was attached with our room. The breakfast area is on the top 5th floor. So had some good views of Signa. The Signa station is very safe and was well lite with LED lights. Overall a good place to stay when visiting Florence.

Clean room and great location just beside the train station (could hardly hear any trains).
Easy access into Florence by train.
Although the place is a bit worn, it seems to be well maintained.
The place seems to cater to tourist buses as we noticed one or two every day.

"Very budget'y place. It felt like the place haven't been touched for few decades. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay there and got pretty much all the necessities for tourists. "
