The customer service was excellent! Staff was very friendly. The only issue we had was that the air conditioner was not cold enough and it was so hot but the staff brought us a fan which helped a little. Other than the AC, it was excellent.

The service is absolutely excellent!! I could leave my bag at the sister hotel next door and the self check in is really easy and well done. The room is really clean and extremely quiet considering its next to the train station, Both my windows are open and I don’t hear any noise. Definitely a great choice for the price and the good location.
