Service tip top. They helped out in some of the booking of shows too and it was efficient.
Communication may be difficult for English but we used the phone translator and I speak simple mandarin, hence, it was pleasant.
The location of the hotel is also good. Near to amenities and close to Fsmous He Fang street and drum tower.

The room was very clean and the shower is excellent! The staff is ultra helpful and the manager is excellent and kind. There are many restaurants nearby to have your lunch and dinner. I strongly recommend this hotel and it’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, comparable to the Hyatt that I stayed in at Dubai.
