The place is super cute and comfy. Surprise bonus! There's a river at the end of the path with great access. Our dog loved it!

When I arrived at the residence, it was incomplete and utter disarray. There was a mountain of laundry on the bed, all dirty, a load of towels that have been washed, but not dried so they were moldy in the washer, empty roll of toilet paper on the roll, same with paper towels. It was a mess. It was quite evident that someone had started cleaning the home but failed to complete it. I contacted the hosts, but by the time they finally responded to me I had already put my stuff in the refrigerator and after a 10 Hour drive I declined the opportunity to move to a different home. I cleaned it myself. My cleaning fee was refunded.My stay became even more bizarre with the communication with the hosts. Pretty early in my communication with them I discovered that I was talking to an AI bot that was not comfortable for me. This was definitely the worst VRBO stay I’ve had. I will say that the location was great, I enjoyed Mentone and the surrounding area. My dog enjoyed the Area? so much as well and we were able to definitely make the most of our stay. That said I would not rent another property from these hosts.
