The check in and check out process was smooth. The house was very clean and spacious for 5 of us. The communication from the property management team was excellent. It is located in a prime area and this will definitely be a family favorite to stay again in the future.

The house is conveniently located a few minutes of a walk to Crystal Beach. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and friendly. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance of the house. Destin’s most popular hotspots, restaurants, and surrounding beaches are also just a short drive. The house offers all the amenities you would want in a home-away-from home. Plenty of room for families and guests of varying sizes. Comfortable beds in the upstairs master and guest bedrooms. The property managers also offer extra pillows and linens if needed. The downstairs sleeping set up isn’t as private as the upstairs, and you have to use a pull-out mattress from the couch in the front room. The downstairs also offers a “guest bedroom” of sorts that adjoins to the laundry room and bathroom. The house is perfect for small-to-average sized families with children. Although it states that the house can sleep 8-10…I would say you’d need to consider adult sized occupants vs. families with children. The guest bedroom downstairs offers two single beds with one of them being a pull out from the top “bunk.” This IMO is mostly suitable for children or adolescents and might not be the best option for several adults staying longer than a few days. Comfortability level in terms of travel accommodations varies from person to person, but if you are looking for something where everyone wants their own room, this particular property might not be a fit. Other than that I would absolutely recommend Da Breeze!

The first floor bedroom bed had food between sheets, so we had to wash the sheets. Family member wouldn't sleep on the bed because the mattress cover looked like. It hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Then on our last night we were in the 2nd bedroom upstairs and all the sudden a huge roach came out and was crawling and flying around on the curtain on the door. The beach was nice.
