A perfect resort really close to singapore! perfect for a relaxing days between city exploring!
Our rooms were huge and they were very well maintained!
the staff absolutely makes your stay as nice as at can be! beach service drinks and food! Kerut and Wira get special thanks they were fantastic 💕💕
restaurants really nice on site both for breakfast and dinner, in room service also really good!

Great facilities, quality and practical details, fantastic Indonesian care and service.
Room are spacious and designed with taste. Beds are firm and comfortable, the overall room management (incl. Service) is very good.
We had 2 connecting rooms with sea view. Perfect for a family with young kids. Restaurants are good and variety of the menu suffice for 3-4 days. Prices are very reasonable. Gym is relatively complete - could be a bit.more. furnished and with more modern equipment - it does the job. Pools are well designed and big. We could not enjoy the beach much due to jelly fish, but there are many activities available. Since we had a day of rain we took the opportunity to take a 4 hour car with driver to show us around. Among town, temples, blue lake and others, the discovery of trigona bees farm and the very original honey they produce. Bintan and Indigo Hotel was a first time for us, we would certainly recommend and go back.

We enjoyed our family stay at Hotel Indigo Bintan. The setting was lovely and it was a relaxing place to spend time together. The team was helpful with our arrangements, including when our travel plans changed.
There was nothing major that affected our stay. Having a few more convenient options for families nearby would have made the visit even easier.

Service was exceptional, warm, helpful.
Was a breeze to arrange complimentary transport to and fro BBT.
Facilities were very clean
Swimming pools were a nice place to chill and relax
Rooms were spacious, very well designed with sufficient amenities - the usual stuff plus iron and ironing board in each room. Nice balcony to relax in the morning with a nice view of the ocean.
