The apartment is gorgeous - huge windows facing Lake Como let in tons of sun and fresh air. Giulia has provided EVERYTHING a guest could ask for, from umbrellas to laundry detergent to coffee for each day of our stay.

It is about a 15 minute walk to town, but we enjoy walking and liked the peacefulness of the area.

The owners were exceptional hosts! They were so friendly and even picked me up at the railway station! They helped me bring my luggage up the stairs and gave me an orientation to their lovely property. Giulia followed up with several “how-to” video clips. Even though I didn’t speak any Italian, and they didn’t speak any English, she used Google Translate and we all had fun trying to figure out what each other were saying… The home is modern and has beautiful views of Lake Como directly across the road from the flat. Within walking distance along the shoreline to Varenna and the ferry. I would love to return for another visit and I would stay here again! I highly recommend Casa di Giulia!!

I loved staying here but you have to be able to climb a couple flights of stairs to the flat. Not an issue for me

Clean, easy to walk to town, quiet at night. It has more than what we needed. Giulia was very very nice :-)

I don’t have it
