Location is fabulous. All 4 directions out the apartment will take you somewhere amazing. Great coffee shop around the corner at Café Nuances. Great Italian lunch at Via Pasta 1 block up near corner pharmacy. Great Lebanese ice cream bachir at Galeries Lafayette Champs-Élysées. They also have the butter everyone likes to take home. Great brunch at Ladurée Paris Champs-Elysées, which is next to Longchamp where we got our Eiffel tower stamped bags. Order stamping of your bags then go eat and collect after. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower Walking distance to river cruise in front of Eiffel Tower We even walked all the way through Tuileries Garden got on the Ferris wheel and ended up at the Louvre Museum. Also walked to the bus stop to take the bus to Basilique du Sacré-Cœur de Montmartre. If you need to take a taxi G7, just walk around the block, tons waiting in front of Hôtel Plaza Athénée. May I just say that is one good looking hotel. We walked to all the above even after being broken after visiting Disneyland. The owner was amazing, checked in on us via WhatsApp. Got our 2 girls little gifts that they just loved. Offered to store our luggage if we were early but we ended up arriving later. Fabulous 4 day stay. Apartment does have washing machine with dryer. Also has an iron which we used and appreciated.

Flat gets warm, given the heat way but not a complaint because we just opened windows especially in lounge and kitchen early in the morning and cooled the place down.they also have 2 fans which we barely used. We didn’t do any meal preps so didn’t use the kitchen much.

Great Experience! The Apt was clean, well equipped for our 5 days stay. Apt was on 3rd floor, elevator was small but great, worked well. Located in a quiet & safe neighborhood. Within walking distance to sights like Eiffel Tower, Dior Museum, Palais Galleria... Many restaurants, eateries & good coffee nearby. Easy & quick access to UBER. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you to our host who made sure questions we had were answered promptly.

Really quaint apartment with all the facilities you need in a great part of Paris.

Eine sehr besondere Wohnung, in der wir uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt haben. Die Einrichtung ist elegant und originell. Die Lage hervorragend. Mitten im edlen 8. Arrondissement. Zu Fuß kann man die Champs-Élysée, die Seine, den Arche de Triomphe und den Eiffelturm erreichen. Besonders toll fanden wir unseren Ansprechpartner Boris. Er ist sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend, antwortet sofort und macht den Aufenthalt rundum angenehm.
