Perfect place to get to see the best spots. 5 minutes to st Marco 8 minutes to realto bridge. Good value and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Would book again

We had a wonderful stay in Venice, and everything was absolutely perfect. Our host, Ulderico, was fantastic from start to finish. Communication was excellent, and he provided us with all the information we needed about the apartment, as well as lots of useful recommendations for the area, including great restaurants and transfer options. The apartment itself was perfect — spotlessly clean, comfortable, beautifully kept, and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location was also ideal, right in the heart of Venice and perfect for exploring the city. We honestly couldn’t have imagined a nicer or more suitable place to stay. We will definitely be coming back and would happily stay here again. Thank you, Ulderico, for making our stay in Venice so enjoyable and memorable. We highly recommend this apartment! ❤️🇮🇹

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this apartment. It’s much bigger than it looks in the photos, very clean, and everything is really well organized. Everything you might need is there, from a coffee machine to an iron. The location is perfect, only a few minutes’ walk from St. Mark’s Square. Ulderico was an amazing host: friendly, thoughtful, and always quick to reply. You can really see that he cares about his guests and wants them to have the best possible stay. We would happily stay here again. He is one of the most attentive and thoughtful hosts we’ve ever met. 😊

Everything was perfect
