Th host was amazing. He went out of hoscway to help us, even taking upon himself to ensure we had transport to the airport in the morning
The facilities for breskfast eyc were ample. The place had great vibes

Check in was fast and property owner was very polite over message. Quick walk into Pisa central.

The apartment was perfectly clean and comfortable.
We arrived around 9pm, I advised the property that was the earliest we time I would arrive. There was no clear signage on the building. Despite pressing the buzzer for the galaxy house for at least 5 minutes, there was no answer. Both the number on the buzzer and the number listed on booking.com were unobtainable. I messaged the property via booking.com and was advised eventually someone was on their way to allow us access. Given that I had travelled alone as a female with my 2 young daughters, this caused a lot of anxiety and upset.
