We were staying as a family for my daughter's wedding. The house is very well equipped, spotless, warm and spacious. Like a home from home. We have never seen such a selection of teas before! We all found the beds extremely comfortable. The host was so helpful and answered our queries quickly. Parking was a bonus, the walk into the centre was about 20 minutes. An ideal location for a visit to Norwich. We would highly recommend this property. John and Alison

Lovely house close to the city centre. Well appointed, modern & clean throughout. We found it easy to park with additional space at the rear of the property. Comfortable outdood tabe & chairs on patio. Our host delivered fresh bread on Sunday morning, which was a nice surprise.

The property was extremely well presented, clean and lovely and warm. There was everything that we needed, including some extras that we were not expecting! There were shampoo/conditioner and body wash in all the bathrooms and the kitchen had tea / coffee available, with all dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid etc. The kitchen had everything you'd need; toaster, microwave, cooker, pots, pans etc. The bedrooms were well appointed and lovely rooms, with an en-suite to one of the super-king rooms. The bathrooms are lovely spaces, with showers and a separate bath available. There was also a separate toilet available on the ground floor. Decoration is lovely throughout, with thoughtful touches of games, books and Netflix on the TV's (in every bedroom and in the lounge). Plenty of storage throughout and access out the back door through a private patio area to off street parking. The property is a good walk into Norwich (about 1.2 miles to the centre), with pubs and shops nearby.

The only thing that we thought could be better was putting mirrors in all the bedrooms for ease of getting ready.
